HireBench does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. This applies to all users, regardless of location.

What Data We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and profile picture from your authentication provider (Google, GitHub, or email).
• Practice data: your interview answers, scores, feedback, and session history.
• Usage data: daily question counts for rate limiting.
• Account metadata: your access tier (Free or Pro) and account creation date.

How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used solely to provide and improve HireBench's interview preparation services. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to data brokers.

Your Rights Under CCPA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected and how it is used.
• Delete personal information held by us (available from your Dashboard).
• Opt-out of the sale of personal information. Since we do not sell your data, there is no sale to opt out of.
• Non-discrimination: exercising your rights will not affect the quality of your access to the service.
