Service Description

HireBench is an AI-powered interview preparation platform for data engineering and AI/ML professionals. We provide practice questions, AI-generated feedback, scoring rubrics, and progress tracking to help you prepare for technical interviews.

Account and Access

  • You can use basic practice features without an account.
  • Creating an account (via Google, GitHub, or email) enables cloud history, dashboard, and session tracking.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use HireBench.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to generate content for purposes other than interview preparation.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the AI-generated content.
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the service.

AI-Generated Content

Interview questions, evaluations, and feedback are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). While we calibrate scoring rubrics for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. HireBench is a preparation tool, not a guarantee of interview outcomes.

Access Tiers

  • Free tier: limited questions per day with basic features. No account required for basic access.
  • Pro tier: unlimited questions, all tracks, advanced analytics. Access is granted by request — see the Pro Access page.
  • HireBench is a free personal project. No charges, no monthly fees, no commercial plans at this time.
  • If that changes in the future, existing users will be notified well in advance and any new cost would require an explicit opt-in.

Limitation of Liability

HireBench is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to interview outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HireBench after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
